A distribution business with several branches usually runs on spreadsheets, phone calls and a manager's memory. The Operations Command Center puts all of it in one place: every order from every channel, stock levels per branch, the delivery board, and a short list of what needs attention right now. Around it runs a layer of automations that handle the routine work without anyone pressing a button.
How it works
