MAISON IX Content System

An Instagram content team for a fashion AI studio in Cairo: it researches, writes, makes and schedules every post, and nothing moves until the team approves it.

  • Human approval
  • Private server

MAISON IX creates fashion campaigns with AI for brands, and needed its own Instagram to show that work every week without a content team. We built a system that does the work of one. Every Sunday it reads the accounts MAISON IX competes with and sums up what worked and why. From that research it writes post ideas, then the instructions for each visual, then the visual itself, then the caption, which an AI reviewer checks for mistakes before anyone sees it. Each step stops and waits: the team approves, asks for a change in their own words, or drops it, either in their Telegram group or on their own studio website, where every person signs in with their own name so everyone can see who approved what. An approved post is saved to Google Drive in its own folder, named with its date and time, with the files in order and the caption ready to copy. It is then scheduled to Instagram at the chosen time. Every Saturday the system reads the numbers of what went live and writes a short report with three changes for next week, which the team approves before they shape the next ideas. It runs on MAISON IX's own server, with encrypted backups every night and monitoring that alerts the founder if anything stops.

How it works

  1. 01Every Sunday the system reads the competitor accounts and writes up the top posts, the patterns behind them and ideas for MAISON IX.
  2. 02Ideas, visual instructions, visuals and captions each wait for the team's approval; a change is requested in plain words and comes back as a new version.
  3. 03An AI reviewer checks every caption before the team sees it, and the cost of each visual is shown before it is made.
  4. 04Approvals work in the team's Telegram group or on their studio website, with a named login for each person and a confirm step before anything is dropped.
  5. 05Each approved post gets a Google Drive folder named with its date and time: the image, reel or numbered carousel slides, and the caption as a text file.
  6. 06Posts are scheduled to Instagram at the approved time, and a weekly report turns the numbers into three changes for next week.
