For a delivery company, the website is where customers decide whether to trust you with their packages. This site is built around the three things a customer comes to do: get a price, book a pickup and track a shipment. The price calculator answers before they ask, the live tracker shows exactly where the package is, and the whole experience is designed for the phone first, because that is where most customers book.
